Product availability may change at any time and without notice. If you purchase an item that is no longer available, we will notify you by email within 48 hours and a full refund will be issued. Some of our products are Made-to-Order, and will be indicated in the product description. These items will take longer to process and ship. All prices are in US Dollars.
By ordering or registering on My Favourite Colour, LLC, you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database. From time to time, we may contact you about offers and new products. Please just let us know if you would like to be removed and we will remove you from marketing communications. Terms and Conditions may be revised at any time.
Shipping
Please allow up to five days for us to process and ship your order of In-Stock items, and allow 3-4 weeks for us to ship Made-to-Order items unless otherwise indicated in the product description. If we are experiencing slowed production time, you will be given an estimated delivery time when you place your order. The cost of shipping will be added to your order total upon checkout, and will vary based on weight. We currently ship to USA, Canada, and Europe and use USPS Priority Mail. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an order confirmation and tracking number via email.
If you have not received your package, please notify us via email at info@mfcstudio.com and we will do everything we can to retrieve your package. We are not responsible for damaged merchandise.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns on In Stock items will be accepted if the product is sent back to us within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date so long as the item remains in the condition in which it was received. After 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Once we receive the return (in like-new condition), we will issue a refund for the lowest sale price of the returned items. We will not issue a refund or accept exchanges on Made-to-Order items.
