Colourful Colorado
Professional baseball has a rich history in the city of Denver. From 1955 until the arrival of the Colorado Rockies, the Denver Bears made their home at Mile High Stadium, one of the largest minor league ballparks of all time. In 1981, the Denver Bears won the American Association Championship. Coincidentally, their Major League affiliate, the Montreal Expos won their only division title in franchise history that same year. Winning ways brought about a new energy for baseball in Denver and a new look as well!
Paying tribute to the original colours and style of the Expos-inspired flannels, we created a mid-eighties road jersey to celebrate the legacy of baseball in Denver. And, of course, these jerseys are made in America, just like baseball itself!
